Laserstrobe utilized Pulsed Laser Illumination with a high-speed camera system and is a very technically robust system, able to capture images where no other system can. Our unique illumination techniques allowed us to gather the highest quality images for welding, plasma spray, and very high-speed processes such as fiberglass spinning.
SprayCamTM is Control Vision Inc's imaging and diagnostic system specifically targeted for the Thermal Spray industry. SprayCam was designed to be a low cost, low maintenance, easy to use and robust system for viewing and measuring particle injection distributions and velocities for Thermal Spray Processes, ensuring Reliable and Consistent Coatings.
Laser Welding - PyroCam is a high power, pulsed Xenon strobe illumination system synchronized with high-speed shuttering, suppressing the ambient light associated with the Laser process and allowing process details to be seen in real time.
