Control Vision has developed three products to support the Industrial Manufacturing field:
Laserstrobe utilizes Pulsed Laser Illumination with a high-speed camera system and is our most technically robust system, able to capture images where no other system can. Our unique illumination techniques allow us to gather the highest quality images for welding, plasma spray, and very high-speed processes such as fiberglass spinning.
SprayCamTM is Control Vision Inc's imaging and diagnostic system specifically targeted for the Thermal Spray industry. SprayCam is designed to be a low cost, low maintenance, easy to use and robust system for viewing and measuring particle injection distributions and velocities for Thermal Spray Processes, ensuring Reliable and Consistent Coatings.
Laser Welding - PyroCam is a high power, pulsed xenon strobe illumination system synchronized with high-speed shuttering, suppressing the ambient light associated with the Laser Process and allowing process details to be seen in real time.

LaserStrobe
This technology uses pulsed laser illumination and microsecond shuttering to produce images of processes taking place in high luminosity environments. In addition, external triggering allows direct synchronization with the monitored process. The system is available with two laser heads facilitating Particle Image Velocimetry.
SprayCam
Research has demonstrated that an optimum particle trajectory exists which will ensure maximum energy transfer to injected particles regardless of Primary and Secondary Gas Flow Rates, Particle Shape and Sizes, Particle Injection Angles, and Particle Feed Rates. At this trajectory "Sweet Spot", particle temperature and velocity are optimized, deposition efficiency will be maximized, and coating variability is at a minimum. This "Sweet Spot" can be maintained using only one parameter: Carrier Gas Flow Rate. Once this "Sweet Spot" is found by optimizing Deposition Efficiency using the Carrier Gas Flow Rate,
Before, during, and after the thermal spray process, SprayCam can ensure the consistency and reliability of your process by locating the particle distribution and alerting an operator if it falls outside of the "Sweet Spot" limits.

PyroCam LP
PyroCam has an external triggering feature allows the system to be synchronized with the Laser Process making it possible to view specific events in the process, such as keyhole formation. Image processing software can be used to monitor keyhole/weld pool position with respect to the seam and welding pool dimensions for process development and feedback control. Numerous software filters and measurement algorithms allow the software to be easily customized, making PyroCamLP a powerful diagnostic tool both in the laboratory and on the factory floor.
