PyroCamMV is an actively illuminated, xenon strobe based system which produces high quality images in processes such as Continuous Casting and Laser Welding, as well as Molten metals, Ceramics, and Glass.  It also produces good images for arc welding making it a more cost effective product than LaserStrobe II.  This system can also be used to view medium velocity processes, eliminating the motion induced blur of many traditional systems.  Lower velocity Thermal Spray Processes can be monitored using PyroCam II while our software measures particle velocity.  PyroCam II can be used in conjunction with our machine vision software to monitor your process, detecting deformations and measuring size.  Shown below is a video of our software detecting defects on a continuous cast bar.  The software can be customized to log these conditions in a file, sound an alarm if something goes wrong, and output data and video to the net so that anyone anywhere within your company can check on the process.
